Sounds phenomenal considering some 90s pressings sound bad. This sounds amazing, some single mixes sound bad but this one extends the song and it sounds really good. Both Play and This Twilight Garden are both amazing songs, Play should have been on Wishreferencing High (12", 45 RPM, Single) FICSX 39
An amazing pressing. Highly recommended. This twilight garden is perhaps the best cure song ever.- Edited 2 years agoThe High (Trip Mix) is an alternate take of the song, not a remix. Open (Fix Mix) features on the US 2 track Cd single, it has a different intro and a few effects in the song are different but it is basically the same as the album version. I got this when it came out and I found the clear vinyl to sound a bit fuzzy and sibilant. The version of High here has never appeared anywhere else, not even the reissue, so despite the sound issues it is nice to have and fun to look at.

The B-sides are great. I live in the States, so I wish I knew how I came across this promo. Happy to have it.referencing High (CD, Single, Cardboard Sleeve) 64766-2
The "open" here is actually the "fix mix" that is otherwise exclusive to the UK 12" clear vinyl.referencing High (7", 45 RPM, Single) 865 564-7
I get the feeling this is a remix of sorts...High sounds different than the version on the album. I'm thinking it's a remix or a different take. Robert's vocals sound a bit different as well. It could just be my stereo, but I love how much more the guitar pops out of the speakers.referencing High (12", 45 RPM, Single) 865 565-1
It's for the B-sides, two of The Cures absolutely best songs, two outtakes that should have made the foundation to what Wish could have been, the perfect continuation from Love Song and Disintegration.referencing High (7", Single, 45 RPM, Paper Labels) FICS 39
The 2 b-side tunes are some of the best work the cure has ever put out - IMHO. I was lucky to hear them play this twilight garden live a few years back.referencing High (CD, Single, Cardboard Sleeve) 64766-2
My copy of this cd single has track 2 clocking in at 6:51 in iTunes.
