- The fact that a near mint copy was sold for just $5 is CRAZY. Check the sales history. That seller either doesn’t know it’s worth, or they’re just a straight up scammer.

The track cris chana is removed from the version available on Spotify. Does anyone know why? I thought copyrights issues since there are samples in this track.
It's a nice album, though I remember being blown away by Tally Ho! when it came out, and slightly disappointed by Musipal in comparison.
I like the Tomach track, really masterfully made, with zero time get bored, lots of smart transitions. Receiver is cool, loved the video. Tomorrow Acid is the best track for me :-)- Edited 8 years agoPossibly my favorite VMP exclusive I own. This thing gets spun constantly, amazing dynamics + that Blue Vinyl is sexy.

this is so timeless that thick stew can be mixed with Garland Green's " come through me".referencing Musipal (CD, Album) ZEN CD54
Wagon Christ finds a new home on Ninja Tune for his sampledelic album, MUSIPAL, setting out the ground rules with "The Premise." "Bend Over" takes on a slightly mysterious tone, however, and "Tomach" and "Thick Stew" just wallow in the mellowness, the former with bounce and the latter with jazziness. He also brings in the breaks with "Natural Suction" and wild funk with "Cris Chana." The summery vibe of "Perkission" wraps up this breezy, fun album quite nicely.referencing Musipal (2×LP, Album) ZEN 54
I purchased this record when it first came out, and it is still one of my all-time favourites. Luke Vibert's samples are wild as hell, and his beats have a "tight" quality to them that I hear in few other artists' music. The third track on the A-side, "Thick stew", is especially good!
This is really a must-have if you want something to chill out to from slightly left-of-field.referencing Musipal (CD, Album) ZEN CD54
A lovely album, very warming to the listener.
Natural suction is a wonderful track - if you have the avantgardism lp youve heard it but called "snapping fuss" under his plug guise.referencing Musipal (2×LP, Album) ZEN 54
A recommended item for everyone who is interested to have essential and very well produced IDM records in the collection. Luke Vibert on the Ninja Tune label? Surprising, but excellent!
