You had to be a hell of a hep cat to have this on your shelves in 1963.- Excelente trabajo de Bernie Grundman. No deja de sorprenderme, una vez más.
- Fan-freaking-tastic says this long time audiophile. Contermporaries are the best sounding vintage jazz LPs and Grundmann retained all of the sweetness and space. Drum sound is to die for. Oh the music is pretty great too but you can sample that online.
What a great listen! Sort of laid back Ornette? Soundstage and dynamics 💯

I had two copies now and both come with a wrong cover backside. They had the backside of the recent Tone Poet "Good Friday Blues: The Modest Jazz Trio". This must have been a manufacturing error at Stoughton. I wonder if anyone else has noticed this error?
