Why was the album titled as 2001 or was it Chronic 2001? I have the album but never really understood the message behind the title or was it any message?

Very hard to believe the amount of records currently for sale and owned are all the original 1999's. If there is no text above the barcode, you do not have this version.

Sounds great, surprisingly. Much better than my chronic reissue. I wish the packaging was better but overall I’m impressed.

Alternate artwork is super cool, but they should've made this a gatefold. And paper inner sleeves suck, especially on a premium release like this.

"Xxplosive" on this release is heavily edited as it removes Kurupt's verse
