- Sounds great. Reminds me alot of Revolting Cocks at times. A fun listen. Something different as i am getting older.. looks great too. Amazing but all that matters in the end is the sound and for that reason its highly recommended!
- Yep, very powerful and dynamic, especially since it was 'Mastered' at GZ Media... 😊 No mastering engineer given. BUT... in all honesty the album sounds very good and is definitely worth having. I personally like it better than the Psalm 69 album, MUCH better compositions. Would definitely recommend!
What I'm listening on... 😁
https://photos.app.goo.gl/9ja3UKob7tppW4Y38 - Mine has a skip "not scratch related". In the middle of the song "Aryan Embarrassment". And no, it is not a problem with my stylus, tracking weight or turntable. Has anyone else encountered this?
- Edited 12 months agoYep the vinyl is beautiful, and I have a copy of this, but compared to streaming through my system, unfortunately the vinyl version lacks depth and dynamic. Maybe I will give the CD a try, but will be streaming for now.
AND I find the music is brilliant, seems like long time Ministry fans might not be liking it, but I find it awesome, best record of the year for me so far. Reminds me of KMFDM Hyena a bit, same issue long time fans had with that one too. If you are politically a bit or far right you might not like some of the lyrical messaging. - Terrible mix on this pressing, extraordinarily muddy throughout. I have some other Ministry albums on vinyl, so I'm used to the sound quality being a little loud and not the most subtle, but even by Ministry standards, this sounds very bad.
Disc is very pretty to look at at least and seems well-made, didn't pick up on a lot of bad surface noise. But the mix is so bad, might as well save your cash and sit this release out. - Ministry is back once again! Featuring scathing political commentary singles, B.D.E, Goddamn White Trash, and Just Stop Oil.
This Red/white splatter vinyl edition is limited to 500 copies and is available only through Ministry's web store.
Al Jourgensen may be 65, but he is still delivering blistering industrial metal! referencing Hopiumforthemasses (CD, Album) NBR 70164
Better qualitatively than the previous album, but very far from what they were in the 80s and 90s
