Sebastian Bach – Child Within The Man

Album starts off slow but improves with each song - lots of anthems and a few great rockers. The mix is not entirely to my taste. I like mixes where the different parts come through crystal clear with as little embellishment as possible - with lots of presence. This mix is very bass heavy which actually works on some songs - but over time causes the music to run together. The mix reminds me a bit of some of the 90's era Ozzy mixes - very punchy on the low-end but like they rolled off the high's to early. It is also somewhat brickwalled (will have to try the vinyl mix at some point to see if there's a material difference).

This record is amazing and sounds great!!! i wasnt a big fan of the last one so this one really blew my mind. very pretty color too.

I had mine ordered from LeNoise in Quebec for $45. I found this pressing to sounds really good and the gatefold is awesome too. Lots of attention to detail with references to Bach's parents, his music history and growing up in northern Ontario.

Great album. Pressing is ok, a little muffled to my ears, could use a few db's of high end in the mix.

Great album! It sounds good and looks awesome in the dark. Website said it was limited to 500 copies but the sticker on the back of my copy reads “Ltd. 300 pc.” Either way I’m glad I grabbed a copy of this variant.

Excellent album! Sebastian Bach sounds great and the songs are well written. He worked with a number of well known musicians. First solo album in ten years, but he's back with a vengeance! High quality double 45rpm Glow in the dark vinyl edition is limited to 500 copies.

45 Rpm vinyl sounds great! Wasn't a fan of most of Sebastian's other solo stuff, felt the songs lacked. This release is top notch! Voice sounds like Skid Row days on this one. Great songs, great packaging, great mastering. Really recommended. I also have the black variant, not listed here for some reason.
