"Nucleosynthesis" has to be my all-time favorite Morphology track, hands down. The brilliantly conducted gloomy, funked-up vibe with the eeriely grim pad sends shivers down my spine every time. "Lagrangian" and "Beta Decay" are excellent tracks too!

"Lagrangian" what an awesome track ! One of the best produced by Morphology. Gerald Donald's influence is not so far...
"Evaportation Residue" is nice too, especially when the track evolves around 3'00''.
The 2 other tracks are more ambiant, even dark ambiant for "Nucleosynthesis".

Great ep! Even though the B-side is good, I must admit that since I got the record, I listened quite exclusively, on repeat, the A-side, Lagrangian and Evaportation residue being the most melodic tracks here, Evaportation residue in particular, with some of the strings sounding beautifully wrong, probably due to a light LFO or envelope on the pitch. It might be too much for some, it's electronic soul for me.
