Run DMC - Raising Hell (Hybrid-SACD)
Has anyone else issues with the SACD track?
I've already received my 2nd copy (No. 300 / 1163) and for both copies I was only able to listen to the CD track while the SACD was not readable.
I have a Marantz SACD/CD and a Sony BluRay/SACD player - both never had issues before.

Managed to avoid picture discs entirely until I ordered this one not understanding it's a picture disc. Very surprised at how quiet it is after all the nightmare stories I've heard about picture discs. It's a nicely pressed record. Like I said, quiet, but also warm and crystal clear. I'm glad I picked this one up.

Mine copy seems different from this one listed, mainly for the cover.
Mine cover is purplish with a sticker up on the right with
"INCLUS
WALK THIS WAY
EN DUO AVEC
AEROSMITH
(VIDEOCLIP)"

Someone has more information or it can be considered the same version as listed here?

Just FYI - they're digitally mastering at Battery so this is not an all analogue cut which is why it says "mastered from" instead of "CUT and mastered from".

Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab are releasing this title this year, so that will be the definitive pressing as it will be CUT AND MASTERED from the original analogue stereo master tapes and pressed at RTI.

I have a mint original press of this album but thought I’d get the VMP anyway as it’s such a brilliant album (this isn’t a genre I usually get into btw), I am so glad I did because this pressing is insanely good, bass is so deep and clear, snare and brass percussion etc are all ridiculously crisp, vocals are right in your ‘grill’, it sounds siiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiick ! I now have to go out to the shops and buy some Adidas sneakers for some reason however....
