Bad Company (3) – 10 From 6

Was there a Rocktober release of this and then just another repressing release on the same date? I thought I was getting the Rocktober Edition, on black vinyl, when I pre-ordered this from Amazon. It wasn't until I was entering my LP on discogs when I looked closer at the hype sticker and noticed mine does not have the Rocktober part to the left of the hype sticker barcode.

My first copy I got in the 2023 repressing was really noisy and I exchanged it for another copy. On the second copy, I can't turn it up very loud without getting a harmonic hum. No, it's not grounding or vibrations to the needle causing it. I'm not sure what it is though.

As I mentioned, my copy is just a black vinyl copy that was released on the same day as the Rocktober copy. I'm just curious if they release a non Rocktober copy at the same time and if they normally do this? Other than the hype sticker and the color of the vinyl, is anything extra done to the Rocktober version?

I'm now looking for a regular 1985 pressing to compare it to. I never had any audio issues with my OG copy back when it was new. Thanks for any help.

10 From 5 would be a better title, as even though 1977's Burnin' Sky appears in the legend, no tracks from that album appear on this compilation...

My CD's box looks like this but CD is nearly the same except that it features 81625-2 code, without A2. Is my CD a mismatch?

Always wondered why Silver, Blue & Gold wasn't on this album. If that was on here then this Greatest Hits album would have all my favorite Bad Co songs on it.

This is the wrong Bad Company, This is the American rock band Bad Company. It's on the Bad Company Drum and Bass list. I think this is the result of the decision to change the drum and bass group from Bad Company(2) to just Bad Company. Either way, this belongs on the other (US) Bad Company list of albums, not this list. Just thought ya'll (Discogs) might want to know. Cheers
