Wicked Dillinger cut!
It wouldn’t surprise me if this track was recorded at Lee Perrys black ark in 76’ the drums and flying high hat sound are there.

This is a 90s re-press with a smooth label texture, dates on label are recording- not pressing dates.

"Freshly" is easily one of Dillinger's best early tunes. Laid-back chatting, heavy riddim, and the intro gives great sample material. Yet if you truly love it, try to get your hands on the original pressing, the investment is worth it - the sound quality of this repress is horrible, while the original is crisp and clear. They must have repressed it straight from some old 7" copy - or from really badly kept master tapes.
