Barry is a hero of mine anyway, every album he created has its little gems and hair on the back of the neck lifter-uppers!
The man is slightly different all 7 tracks are this, Early years kind of tells Barry's story and is a killer, Just The Way and September are unltimate love songs, Look At Her is Let The Music Play part II (returning to that discotheque but this time with his lady) not a duffie in sight.
The original USA packaging flaws the UK one 100% with it's embossed front flip over flap inner sheet with lyrics etc a beautiful design, and a truly great offering to the fans and the market.

Shame he had a crap manager, moving him to Vegas with all that heat as a diabetic, kidneys and liver maxing out crazy!
died too young and too needlessly July 4th. is not just independence day. Barry had a lot more to offer, mentor and produce taken before his time.
This Album sets a biographical bench mark...................and not a single Cassio synth in sight or sound. a collection of songs that flow and to be played and played again, most importantly to be enjoyed.

This was the 3rd UK "Pye" album artwork/sleeve not to follow the USA original and superior finish 1. "Stone Gon" as a fold out card with inner script, 2. "BW Sings The Songs For Someone You Love" die-cut opening cameo, with picture, so be aware!
