I bought the original autographed copy at the Singles Going Steady record store, in Portland Oregon, circa 1983. Sold it in 1990, to Metro Music in Silver Spring Maryland. It was bootlegged shortly after that sale by whoever bought it from them. I recall Thor Lindsay telling me it was owned by Rozz Rezabeck when he sold it to me.

This sleeve is quite likely an unofficial release or a fan made version. The band has no recollection of it existing and the font/layout is taken directly from a gig flier. If anyone else has information - please post.

The sleeve shown here is the 1991 bootleg, unless its the sleeve used to copy the bootlegs sleeves (the autographs)

Should the two sleeve variations be listed as two distinct pressings?

D.O.A: Disco Sucks EP. Originally released by "Sudden Death Records" in 1978 in 2 pressings of 500 copies each. The cover was slightly different for each press, the first 500 said "From the Great Northern Wastelanders" at the bottom and the second 500 did not. Some of the original copies also came in the ultra rare "White Noise Tour" sleeve which was made by the band for the initial copies before the real sleeves had been printed. Second pressing came out on Quintessence Records with a totally different cover sleeve in 1978 as well. It was later re-issued (3rd version, 4th pressing) by "Wrong Records" in 1991. Finally it was re-issued again by "Alternative Tentacles" UK (Virus 133) 1991.
