Tribal Trance samples a bit from Lost Entities Two Minute Madness. Quite well done too as originally I thought it was a duck sound, but it turns out to be someone laughing!referencing Tribal Trance / Control (12", 45 RPM) KINT1
Agree with the reviewer below. It's pretty much mainly about side B for me and the reason why I got hold of it in the early '90s. Side A had a better reception amongst the wider public. Similar to Speed Freak and other tracks which sound like Speed Freak..Sadly, side B is a generally underplayed track, think I've only ever heard it out less than a handful of times and that was at unlicensed events in 1992 or when myself and a small crew would drop it amongst other tunes at a more intimate setting. Both tracks are very 1991 and I have a feeling they were around from at least late that year.
I'm telling ya man, the lower you go the funkier it gets in this place Damn straight! Funk is everywhere on this track. Cue ominous intro - I lost just a bit of control there, but now everthaang's kewl...' Damn right. That extract always makes me chuckle to myself. I think many of us have been there and can totally relate to that sentiment. Great track to start a set with or drop right into the middle of a set to change the mood entirely into somehing a bit more low down dirtier, funkier, darker, bleepier, synthy breakbeat techno stylee.referencing Tribal Trance / Control (12", 45 RPM) KINT1
it's all about the freaking b-side on this release. illegal f-ing bomb <3referencing Tribal Trance / Control (12", 45 RPM) KINT1
Absolutely superb tune, a lesser known classic if you ask me.
