Bit disappointed that the DJ Hell track 'my definition of house music' is the resistance d remix and not the original (good!) version.

I partly agree with the first review in that the best stuff is on the first side. However, I would add that Trance Induction's New Age Heartcore' is also a stand-out. Like DJ Hell's 'My Definition Of House Music', it's an excellent example of intelligent ambient house.- Edited 20 years ago

This compilation houses two of the best early techno/thouse tracks in my opinion: Abfahrt "Come Into My Life" and Dj Hell's "My Definition Of House Music". Both tracks are on cd 1 of this compilation, and make this well worth picking up. Aside from these two gems, and Emojonal's "Silence Of Water", I found the rest not really up to much. A cracking compilation that was designed to be a mix of two halves. Great progressive house on one vinyl and cool chillout ambient tunes on the other. Great listening whatever mood you are in. This record has it all. A brilliant concept for a compilation album too.
