These Japanese Tappen Zee pressings are very high sound quality- beats the CTI pressing by miles. This is audiophile quality for beer money. Eat your heart out MFSL...

Bob james 3,4 and touchdown are staple 70s jazz/funk treasures wonderfully produced and played by some of jazz/funks best, now over forty years later and in my sixties, there is nothing better than sitting in the garden on a hot day with and ice cold beer chilling to bob james 3 and others ,cheers to everyone still enjoying the tunes

The first time I heard this it impressed the pi$$ out of me. $2 thrift find! Funky af with some weird atmospheric love making sounds? Forget about it! The bass and drums are extraordinarily. Mix that with some special keys and flute holy sh*t grab my ball$. I’m surprised this is not a cult classic because this record makes no sense at all....but who cares! Put this on and entertain some late night friends or a new lover. Feast my friends. Life is good!

Mine looks like this and is a Terra Haute pressing. It does not look like the other Terra Haute pressings, so by process of elimination this could be that. Unfortunately the original poster did not include runout information in the listing.

I have a slightly different version: Matrix RVG 87723 A-6, there is a space on the label between tracks and "1976 Creed Taylor Inc.", there is an orange text under the CTI logo, and the text "(RVG-87723-B)" contains dashes.

It's got Westchester Lady on it so you need this in your life .

Disagree with Globe.. I love most of Bob James stuff..”Women of Ireland” might not be the best ever tune but i dig the way it builds up than fades out.. a fusion of gaelic, reggae & jazz
