I can hear where The Orb got their inspiration from this particular LP!?

I just don't like the Tibetan bell chime repeated throughout, it feels like an alarm wake up call, when I want to chill out

This is a great album. It's too bad their follow up album "OPEN" to a turn for the worse.

This is some beautiful ambient music, it ebs and flows like an ocean and it's very calming and relaxing. If you enjoy this, you might wanna check out the B-side of Beaver & Krause - Gandharva or maybe Kitaro - Oasis.

If buying this clear edition through marketplace, I recommend prompting the seller to check that they are sending you the correct clear vinyl version. I've now received the standard black vinyl (which I don't want) twice from two different sellers when ordering this. And sellers, please make sure you list the copies you're selling under the correct edition!

It's some of the best music out there of this style. By listening to this one would think that there simply has to be more from where this came from. Well sadly the man that brought you The Hurdy Gurdy Man and this music stuck more to the likes of the former song than extended atmospheric pieces like this gem. It's actually a one off for steve Hillage. Yes there's other stuff thats ambient - esque but most of his catalog exists of hippie - kraut rock influenced type of music which I do enjoy some of. But for the ultra trippy sit in the center of your stereo or listening with headphones to center your chakras type of music, This alone stands out as a new age classic.

I have both the clear vinyl version and the normal black vinyl and today a found a strange clear vinyl edition where the sleeve is die cut ie the front circular picture is detached from the main sleeve and has a spindle hole in the middle . At first i thought the previous owner had maybe done this themselves but its obviously a purposeful design .Everything other than this is identical to the limited clear version. Can anyone help identify this edition .

As this was a limited pressing I doubt there was a second run for this release. My copy has a sticker on the front reading, "STEVE HILLAGE / RAINBOW MUSIC / VR1 / RRP / £2.99", a symbol anything else but, "OM" and, "tone" only on side 1.
Can someone confirm my album belongs here?

A great record through and through! Found what looked like a mint copy of this only to have horrible surface noise throughout. Grooves are super tight with over 20 minutes on each side, wondering if a cleaning will straighten things out...anyone else have a clean sounding copy with no surface noise?
