Really awesome album. Fairly underrated but reminds me of my good old high school days.
New Discog format SUCKS! Why do something that is more cumbersome?

Just got mine today, and dare I say this is possibly one of the best sounding records in my collection. Pure bliss with no noise or issue whatsoever. Makes me appreciate the album even more so.

Just listened to this vinyl. I will say that the sound on this is really good. Well balanced with great bass and the vocals are really nice. Although many say this is like "listening to cd on your turntable" I have to disagree. Listening back to back there is a clear difference and it goes to the vinyl. I only have the UK 1984 (HTM) release to compare to. I will say that the UK release is much more "edgy" and has more "treble" extension. Which is good or bad depending on how "modern" your system is. IF you have a modern system this vinyl will sound perfect IMO.

Nice pressing, but mine has wrong centre label. It has been stamped with Beatles for Sale labels on both sides 1 and 2

Ok so I am pretty new to the import Beatles albums. I mostly have 70s or very early 80s Capitol copies. Also the 2012 Mono and Stereo versions. And of course all the cds from 87 2009 and the Japanese Shm cd stereo and the mono box set ...LOL. I can only say wow. I had read about these HTM cuts from 84 and in fact also own a Rubber Soul (original stereo mix) from 84 both are absolutely beautiful clean flat and noise free...and ...rival my Japanese versions. Compared to the 2012 pressing (which I like) this one tops it. More edge more balance tight bass...this is how this album should sound ..raw in your face great.
