Yeah, this is a cracking re-issue. Both Ivan and Ron's mixes are great. Would love to hear this in a big dark proper warehouse type setup. It straddles that line of almost kitsch but not quite. The irregular arrangements. As a big Ron Hardy fan I have to say I think the Ivan mix is the best of the bunch. Well done.referencing Civil Defense (12", EP) DLM008

I'm assuming the repress is a bootleg, but my copy is really well mastered/pressed. Sounds so good it's hard to believe it was remastered from a vinyl copy - as most bootlegs are. I wonder if its semi-legitimate? i.e. Someone had access to the original masters? Even the labels are nicely printed!
