Discovered through Moon duo's Facebook page. Cool item, they really put some effort into it.. really enjoy the weight and the insert. You know that moment when you’re aware that you’re dreaming, and you know that you’re about to wakeup at the same time ... as if you’ve made some sort of nocturnal mistake, and all you want to do is get back to dreamland? That’s just what Moon Duo’s Circles is all about ... it’s about the indulgence of holding you on the cusp with sonically layered chords, a sense of subterranean giddiness, while all around you illuminated fireflies move as one to sustained fuzz, enchanted reverb, and a lush hypnotic headiness.

Yes, it’s easy for many people to dismiss these etherial bits of sonic soundscape wonder [all be them excellent] as nothing more than more of the droning neo-psychedelic sounds that have been laying waste to our ears for the last couple of years. I assure you these are not what you expect, even with the Wooden Shjips connection, where sustained grooves not only seem to go on endlessly, but often do. Moon Due deliver nine tracks that sound a bit like 60’s pop being re-envisioned, re-invented, and re-directed ... as if something subconsciously familiar [probably the sweeping guitar work] can be heard buried within each song, allowing them to inspire a dreamy sense of recognition.

Just received it... I'm a bit disappointed about the "hand screen-printed"... I'm not really sure that it is hand printed, it just look like a usual cover. and it's just wrap around the "classic U.S edition lp" on Sacred Bones records. And this is this wrap round which is numbered, not the record sleeve. Hopefully, music is very nice !

can someone post pictures of the actual cover? I'm still waiting for mister postman to deliver mine!
