King Crimson – The Power To Believe

Not recognized as an HDCD -- any others notice this?

Some surfaces noise, I have to clean up several times. Amazing mastering loud and clear, industrial, corrosive, heavy and dark. I love this album, its like a dream to have it on vinyl. So sad that they didnt include the oustanding LTIA Part IV that came in the original HWYHTBHW EP insted of that suit.

Sounds mostly great with no surface noise - but on two brand new copies, I had the exact same scratch on C6 that causes quite a few clicks. Wondering if anyone else has the same issue

Backgroud noise is a bit loud on my pressing, but doesn't really interfere with the music. Man that album is a heavy hitter, I feel like my whole TT is pulsating. Awesome music, great sound.

The sound is on top and I could not hear any background noise. I agree with some other reviewers that the sound is very metallic and loud, but that's how the album is supposted to be and it sounds great to me! Very recommended.

P.S. I gave 5 stars for the content's quality, but I don't really like nor understand the bonus tracks on Side C, since the last track of the album is The Power To Believe pt. IV and it should end with that.
However, the bonus tracks on Side D taken from the Happy With What You Have To Be Happy With EP are a good addition to the album since they don't interfere with the other songs.

Great pressing, DGM quality as usual! 200gm feels great and the bonus tracks are very welcome.

If this is King Crimson's last studio album, then I believe they went out on top. Loving this vinyl reissue. Disc 1 is slightly warped, but doesn't affect the music. Disc 2 is perfect. Overall a stellar album.

My sealed copy has a black inner sleeves. Great album.

Not my favorite KC album that’s for sure. I bought this to add to my collection and I found the artwork interesting.
