The cheeky 'San Francisco Woman' is a personal fave. Hasn't everyone has experienced being "down to seeds and stems" at least one time in their life? 'West Virginia Summer Child and companion piece, 'We've Never Spoken' are gorgeously bathed in Nitzsche strings which complement his lyrics. While the poetry and production in the closing song, 'Elanor' with tastefully, spare fuzz on the guitar accenting his unique look at a lost love, One can almost imagine hearing the song on a radio that only works sometimes.

I've been a Bob Lind fan since 1966. It's been almost 50 years and his music is as great as ever. This is poetry that cannot ever be replaced. I've used his lyrics with a class of 7th graders in the 1980's and they raved over it. Thanks for keeping the music alive.
