Deep chilled three very different trax ... Timeless classic. . 💕- I was playing the mp3 rip of the A side track 'Got 2 B U' from my vinyl today. In fact the female voiced "got 2 b u" adlib sprinkled throughout the cool disco-funkish track, had my head spinning with 90's nostalgia, which literally drove me to lower the ladder and head to the loft where it's kept with the rest of my vinyl collection.
Out of curiosity, (after I returned to earth) with vinyl in hand, I decided to check if there's a discogs listing!... Of course there is 😀. 'Got 2 B U' is a track that defies being categorise so it's simply tagged 'Deep House'. Aside from that It's another great offering from US House label 'Large Records' who kept us 'Deep' House heads on the right side of sanity as we struggled to reconcile the changing sound of House music from it's more soulful origins at the turn of the 00's. So if you're into the peerless Kerri Chandler, Tommy Musto, Sandy Rivera, Basement Boys etc., this will be right up your street. It's the kind of late night music you can relax and chill to. You had to be there to cop this promo back in 1999 /2000. In this case. the guys in the basement at Uptown Records, Soho, London. UK. Thank You. 👍 referencing The Roots (12", 33 ⅓ RPM) LAR-051
Got 2 B U has gotten its rightful props in the previous comments - just gotta say that "Peace of Mind" is a pretty magical track, too! Wonderful EP.- Edited 2 years ago

Got 2 B U is an amazing fusion of melody, depth, and very very carefully selected voice samples with the magical timbre of a female voice. The one who created this is undoubtedly a absolutely talented producer and a greatest specialist in electronic music. The magnificent FULL version on the vinyl record continues to do its job for many, many years, and does not even think of stopping. It's forever. referencing The Roots (12", 33 ⅓ RPM) LAR-051
