why the bonkers prices . . . . . .? google is your friend- Some more downtempo folk on _Distance and Time_ as Fink continues to explore his more acoustic side. These tracks have a delicacy to them, as evidenced by the subtle strings and guitar strumming of "Trouble's What You're In" or the softly self-abasing "If Only." A solid drum line grounds the hunger-inducing "Blueberry Pancakes," allowing room for the guitars to build, while the repetition on "Under the Same Stars" doesn't build as much as it peters out. The lyrics here are certainly above par (where else can you sing a longing ode to a "Little Blue Mailbox"?), but the album as a whole doesn't quite manage to distinguish itself.
