Melvins – Stoner Witch

Great pressing, dynamic and noise-free. I also have the MOV edition of Houdini and that is excellent as well.

Personally, i think to keep the dynamics and the immense bass you have to cut it as quiet as it is. And it sounds excellent. I was impressed with the sound and astonished about the comments here. Really like this pressing.

Clean as a whistle and sounds it too! Excellent pressing. I've heard this album a billion times, OG vinyl, CD, streaming, etc. With this pressing, one of my favorite albums sounds new again. Thanks!

Does anyone else have the same Side A label on both sides of the album?

Third Man is so fucking stupid. This record sounds miserable. They didn’t even try or don't care that the products they sell are not good.

Unfortunately, not a great pressing. Constant static in the background on side A. Side B sounds fine.

But is it REMASTERED? Or is it just an SHM pressing?

First and last Third Man record I ever buy. Absolute dog shit.

the record itself sounds great fidelity-wise, but it sadly is insanely quiet, turning it up to my normal listening volume usually ends up causing a feedback loop with my speakers sadly
