This album is pure, pedal-to-the-floor mid-80s punk rock joy with hooks that will never leave your head... A bunch of kids with no guardrails. The band was short-lived, but they did it long enough to produce a classic. This record is lauded by many of the indie heroes as an inspiration... Bob Mould, Dave Grohl, etc. And those who know, know. IF you can find it... buy it.

First off, drummer Ben's cover art rules. Second, drummer Ben's drumming rules. In fact it might be the strongest element from this required-listening LP. If you're into early Husker Du, or maybe I should say mid-Du, you'll be into this. I'm going to prep you, so you don't feel ambushed, the production is a bit on the low-end - still - this record's energy suplexes' most post-hardcore releases in the day!
