Hello, the cd does not support good recording for two main reasons. The first reason is that it was taken from vinyl (and that wouldn't be a problem) but it was heavily filtered. An unscrupulous noise filter was used!
the result is that you hear noises of another nature artificially created by this plug. Second reason: to make the listening situation worse, a further filter has been added which removes the classic clicks of vinyl. They have not been removed manually but based on the automatic recognition of a logarithm suitably studied for these types of disturbance. However the sound was not cleaned uniformly as unfortunately other frequencies were affected which gave detail to the music. I don't know if what I wrote is clear but the cd is not of good audio quality! your ears will get tired very soon because the music obtained was filtered badly and for this reason I gave up buying the cd, I would have certainly saved precious time but having had the opportunity to listen to it I realized that I would have wasted my money. I bought the original pressing which doesn't include the Moulton remixes but it sure is much more relaxing to listen to.

I have a salsoul pressing from '78. It sounds absolutely incredible. Anyone know more about this LP? Gino Soccio seems to be behind a lot of it but how did it come together?
