30 years later I'm not getting into this band although back in the early 1990's when I was in my mid 20's ... It seems like when Nirvana ended ... This band made 3 good albums the first 3 ... I never knew about this one or the 1999 one or the 2010 which got killed by everyone... The releases on these one's are like shit ... Like this isn't going to get a super deluxe box set... Grunge really ended about a few years after Cobain died. And when SPEARS but a SPEAR in the whole thing and it turned into PORN ROCK... PPPPPORN ROCK...
Doesn’t sound bad but I don’t think I can say this offers anything more than the CD soundwise. Limitations due to source material probably but they did make the bass a huge beast. Everyone praises the MOV STP reissues but the sound on this particular release didn’t particularly strike me as great. Some parts sound really good, others don’t. Sure you can turn this up and really play it loud and it rocks but it just doesn’t have that pristine separation and clarity that I look for in records but then again neither do other STP records I own. I bought this because I have all the STP release on vinyl except this and No. 4 and the MOV versions are the only vinyl versions available. I’m curious about the other records and how their MOV issues sound. Because this one is take it or leave it.
Missing the last second of Coma. Pretty inexcusable. Great album, sound quality is good, but this kind of ruins the experience
Like others have said. Not a reissue. Was never pressed to vinyl before this release.
The Music On Vinyl release is definitely a very good one! Superb sound and pressing quality.
It is not a Reissue, it's a first press. Before the MOV issue it wasn't released on vinyl.

The black version has the cut off from Coma as well. Just letting everyone know!
This sounds great bar the last second as someone mentioned on coma being struck off highly recommended to fans of this one not sure about the black press as far as the second off issue goes.
Is it missing the last second of COMA on this version too??

Does anybody notice that the song "Coma" (3rd song, side A) cuts the very last beat off????? Ends about 1 second too early.
