Jimi Hendrix – People, Hell And Angels

This is a great sounding pressing but I am disappointed that it did not have an insert or at least some info about these tracks printed on an inner sleeve.. I can see that the original release had a booklet.. Would have been nice to get some info.. Still a very good release...

Anyone know if all the 200 gram versions of this are numbered? Unless hype sticker is incorrect on mine and should be 180 gram, it states 200 gram but isn’t numbered like mentioned here.

52 minutes in a double album. D side with 8 minutes of total running time......

It’s a great sounding recording and for my $20 totally worth it. No need to do a big breakdown of why it’s not worthwhile. Yeah, all of these songs are elsewhere released and blah blah blah but in the end it’s Jimi in one form or another and that’s okay with me. I’ve spent $20 on worse.

Great sound all around. Some of jimi's stuff was not recorded flawlessly. That being said it sounds freaking amazing. The guitar work is just so super rad. QRP presses most of the new Hendrix stuff and the quality is on point.

My copy has "Outro (Batch ID): AD0001000" Identifier print @ backcover.

I love this release. At this price I think they have done a great job as a 2 LP set. The mastering is by Bernie Grundman and though Hendrix music isn’t audiophile by any standards he has done a great job as it sounds pretty great.

The cover art and booklet is again top notch and I just love the use of silver in the pictures. Looks stunning in person. Highly recommended.

THE ENTIRE LP IS WORTH IT JUST FOR HEY GYPSY BOY......what a killer tune!!!!

Mine does not have a 2 in the deadwax but everything else is the same.
