If you're here you already know how great this album is and there is no need for me to go on and on about its greatness. This pressing is clean, flat and quiet with super low surface noise with a nice soundstage. Overall very well done.

Awesome mastering, to my ears, nice quiet pressing, pretty color. A winner.

Great pressing of this eternal classic. Sounds live and spacious with thick bass sound, esp. for a Japanese pressing. At "S & M" it's as if Phil and Brian are there playing just for you. Get it if you can find a copy at a decent price.

Just recieved this issue on blue vinyl on the Friday Music label released last year (2022)...But on the back sleeve and the back and front of the discs it has 1979 and 2012?

Sounds decent. I have no other vinyl to compare it to. I do have the remastered CD from Metal Blade in the 1990s. I was expecting a vinyl release to have a bit more punch in the bass, and this doesn't. The vinyl was quiet and good quality as compared to other reissues coming out now. Most of all, I enjoyed listening to it this way.

Has anyone spun this yet ? How does it sound ?

Could someone please tell me the overall quality, and sound quality of this pressing?
