Spandau Ballet – True

80’s nostalgia for sure! Well produced album with some fun tracks. My pressing is ok with some inner groove distortion but I will check again after a good cleaning. Recommended

So I have everything matching up on the run outs but on back cover, top right says promotional copy only?

I'm really impressed with this remastered CD release considering that most remasters sound like sh!t...except for Bob Ludwig's of course.

Once you turn down the treble almost all the way, this doesn't sound too bad. Seriously, other than the 'brittle' top end, this is a decent listen with good imaging and bass. Definitely one that brings back good memories of the 80s.

This Swedish edition is a very nice pressing and sounds beautiful. The sound is nice, warm, crisp, and everything is okay. If i have to say something negative it must be the vocal on two songs could be litle bit more focused.

Label actually states "MADE IN CREECE".

Just a very well produced 80's era Pop album. Several songs here were pretty big hits for the band. True, of course, is a classic 80's tune.

A very bizarre release from MFSL, as this is one album you'd least expect to get the OMR treatment. Honestly, I've never had this album on any format, at all - streaming was the way I heard it. But this is a very pleasant release once your ears get used to the EQ. I've read that the original US pressing of this album was very muddled, but I've never owned a copy to compare it to. Definitely one of the more harder to find MFSL titles in the bins.

The ID seems correct with mine, but the sleeve I have is the German version. I don't know how it happened

Obviously this is a MFSL copy of this iconic album. It's a good album for them to have done. Every song on this is brilliant.
