Edited one year agoDoes anyone have mp3s or flac of this version and the other reissues? Third man doesn’t sell them and touch and go stream the original versions. Thanks- My copy had tons of visible smudges on it, and highly noticeable surface noise when played. I was really taken aback by this. I guess poor quality control? I used a spray record cleaner and a lint free cloth, and it sounds much better.
Bob Weston does a phenomenal remaster once again! It sounds great: nice Butch Vig low-end, and Larissa's guitar absolutely slaughters my gat dang insides. My copy came off-center and with minor edge warp that is only visible when you play side 2. First time I've had quality control issues with Third Man post-opening of their own pressing plant. Strange.
