Okihiko Sugano should be well known throughout the audiophile community. He’s known and very well respected, but he should be more revered outside Japan.
The recording quality of this and the two other Audio Lab releases I have on vinyl (Get Happy and Love for Sale) is stunning, particularly the drums. The mic placement and selection for the drums yield sublime results. - It is difficult to get drunk with any music, but you can contemplate the sound of your audio system against the background of the contraction of drums with several instruments in succession. The fully audiophile sound of the cult audiophile sound company A L R.
