Paul Simon – Graceland

Record sounds great, mastered very well - unfortunately mine arrived new, wrapped and full of scratches on Graceland. The track is full of skips and loops, meaning that the record is completely unlistenable. Very big shame, as the mastering is great.

I'm not going to rate this because I can only rate my copy. It came still in shrink (not sealed, it was cut along the open seam) and looked pristine, but there is a LOT of noise and sibilance. I think someone played this with a damaged stylus. Very disappointing

Mine has an embossed E near the spindle hole on side "2" but not ...A S T. I love this album so much. Great road trip music.

Amazing Reissue.
Very good Pressing. Quiet and Full of détails.
"Homeless" is impressive.

What a complete embarrassment to humanity this is listed as an afrobeat album

Great pressing, sounds better than my original though that ones a bit worse for wear. Having owned on cassette, cd and vinyl this is my favorite copy.

This is purely and simply one of the greatest albums ever recorded and here, it's presented so lovingly and with such sonic distinction, thanks to, among countless others, Roy Halee and Greg Calbi. My decision to acquire this box was significantly bound up with the DVD of Paul's concert in Zimbabwe; inasmuch the album couldn't be performed in South Africa at the time. I lived through this album's immeasurable impact on the stunned world. Deservedly. Thank God for that.

This 24-bit 96-kHz remaster sounds amazing. The clarity, dynamics, and mix are perfect. The soundstage is very wide and deep, making speakers nearly disappear. The vocals are located well in front of the music, like a hologram.
