Avoid like the plague.
Badly mastered from a vinyl source that was of questionable quality.
Noticeable noise reduction reduces impact of percussion section. Tons of siblance distortion and extremely tinny overall.
Bad bad bad

Despite the faithful reproduction of the outer & inner sleeves, this [Lilith 2010 reissue] is NOT a reissue of the original "Blood on the Moon". Yes, it has the same track listing, but about 50% of the tracks are sourced from (I guess) the "live in Bologna" sessions, where the sound is muddy and the band isn't really "on fire". If you're considering buying this for "Planet Strike" (excellent instrumental that doesn't feature on the chrome box), then don't, because it's a plodding, badly recorded live version here. I don't know whether this mix-up is due to licensing issues, laziness, confusion, or profiteering urges, but in my opinion, it's a waste of 180g vinyl, and would indeed be a waste of your money.
