Black Sabbath – Greatest Hits

sound is a bit muddy, but it is still a good album.

Great early song selection but unfortunately I was disappointed with the sound. I gave it a very good cleaning and still ( not to sound cliché ) sounds muffled like there’s a blanket over my speakers

I have a copy that has the following in the runouts:
NEL 6009 A-1♢MB KEARNEY A
NEL 6009 B-1♢MB A LIAM
It has a white label with handwritten band name, title of record and titles of tracks.
It was once purchased at Record Tape and Video Exchange at Notting Hill Gate, London.
Is this legit and should it get its own entry? Happy for any help and suggestions.

No drop out or volume shift on War Pigs like US versions, but there is pre-echo in the track during the couple of breaks. Because there is a lot of music on each side (24-26 mins) it's cut at a slightly lower volume. So you have to crank it to get the full effect (particularly the Paranoid tracks). Sounds great like all the other Sabbath SP18 series LPs, and quality vinyl . . .

This is a very nice Sabbath NEMS compilation and sounds great. I would like this is an double compilation, but it is okay.

This sounds absolutely amazing and might be the best hits collection you can find. The 1977 NEMS is unreal!

Despite being a picture disc ( some times picture discs have awful sound), this Sabbath’s Picture disc have a good sound!

Wow. This sounds amazing. I was pessimistic because this was pressed in a foreign country (outside of the EU) but my gosh this sounds great. What a fantastic add to my collection. It's rare and a great compilation. I actually picked up almost the entire Black Sabbath collection from the Philippines and can't believe how good they sound. No way would I find a UK or US pressing in NM condition like these. Awesome.

Using Gillan's photo on a compilation of Ozzy era songs. Genious.

I have a version of this with the (diamond) then MB suffix in the matrices, but also stamped in the dead wax are 'UKPH (or N)' and 08-21467-1A-1. Does this make it a different pressing to all the other UK pressings with the (diamond) MB suffixes?
