this record smokes....is it a bit cheesy, yes. does Eric Gale's guitar slay, yes. lots of instruments recorded at Rudy's in the mid 70's...why can't rock records sound this good. because the bass intro to Hydra just might make you cry, so this will be the best $6 you spend all week....you're welcome

Just pulled this out of my dads old collection and ran it through my spin clean , and WOW does it sound incredible. The highs are crisp and the lows are full with a nice little punch behind them. Great sounding pressing

i have been asked a lot lately by additions to my family and new starters at work what is this music you listen to. (i know what jazz-funk is coz i was there in the seventies when it was hot in the uk,) its hard to explain, as looking back its all a bit muddled. jazz-funk funk, soul, disco ,etc. So i play them this lp its as jazz-funk as you can get, this lp is jazz-funk at its best no sugar, just straight jazz-funk, brilliant

From Start to finish this LP Album is Great, The Bob James Arrangement, Grover Washington Musicianship, Flawless Work. What is exceptionally great about this record is that every Song Flows well. If it don't Flow, It Don't Go... that's My Motto. But From The Jumpoff this Album is Entertaining and Caters to all Styles of Music, Fast , Slow, Funk Driven Melodic Tracks. It Never Gets Boring and This Record has Longevity, You can not listen to it for a long time, Put it back on a few months or years later and Still be Pulled Back In. Exceptional Record. This Record Definitely makes me feel good when I play it. Always lifts my mood. Perfect song Arrangement, And The Album Cover Suits the Music on here. 100% A☆ Record

This was a pleasant surprise. Nabbed it out of a bargain bin not expecting a whole lot but am rather blown away. A really solid 5 tracks here. Definitely give this one a try if you come across it.

Pictures of labels and info on runout/matrix would be very helpful since I've stumbled upon a copy of resemblance.
Is the label code P698 referencing to print on spine or label (mine has P698 on spine but since there's no mention of it on other releases...)? Thanks.
