Some brilliant remixes, not the stuff you usually find on CD. Recording quality is also very good unlike a lot of other Jungle compilations. Only downside is that all the tracks have been cut down to under 4 minutes

there's also no brockie mix of murder dem

The only good thing about this album is you actually get to put names to the tunes, even though it dont even list them correctly.

Other than that is album is a complete waste of space

While this is a great little compilation, be warned that all of the tracks are edited down from their full versions. My advice to you is grab a copy and then hunt down the vinyl of the tracks you dig. Also the Dennis Brown track is not 'Jungle Rock' as listed, but rather 'Jungle Deb' a very slightly inferior track but still blessed by Dennis' beautiful vocals albeit quite briefly as it's the dub mix! When 'Jungle Rock' & 'Jungle Deb' were released on Vinyl it appears that the names were switched around as both releases had their labels edited after they were printed. This would explain the mix up on this release.
