While trying to describe this musics genre, I was at a loss for words. When I explain to an Opera or Symphony lover, I say Symphony, only modern compositions, not old dusty ones from history past. When talking to a Jazz fan, I say Jazz, but not Dixieland or Blues, more modern and uplifting or emotional. When talking to movie lovers, I say like movie soundtracks that bring out the emotions the writers want you to feel. And when talking to younger New Wave music listeners, I say it is New Wave, only with a whole lot more instruments (plus vocals on some tracks).

The Genre of this album I think is not Jazz or not accurately Jazz. It is something closer to what is called "world music" in a new age style with some jazzy arrangement. It sounds like for instance Enya, or the compositinos for Le Cirque Du Soleil.
