I bought a sealed 2021 copy... And this for sure wasn't pressed at Pallas... There's these dots in a row that look like UFO's in a line up.. Like stars in the sky all over the LP... Then I looked at the dead wax and the way it was written below that is where there's like repeats of the matrix number but copied again and again in different places and the stylus hits it. It's only on Side 1 it's def not a 180 Gram if that was the original weight SIDE TWO IS NOW SCRATCHED ALL OVER THE PLACE ( Having flashbacks of Steely Dan's what's that album Get It Hot Buy it now Closing Soon whatever it is SAME SHIT HAPPENED.

Download this ( for free you can spare 5 cents a copy ) and sounds great the CD that is from some USSR SITE LOLLLL here comes the sun heading for Earth Holy Shit it's in my living room it's hot in here is that my foot melting !!!... And there's also something I noticed in the 24/192 and the vinyl ... It sounds low fi compared the compact disc . The compact disc actually sounds normal ... The cover itself looks fine to me I think. I never owned the original. But I saw the tour for this in 2008 at MSG ( before they changed it to BLUE ... ) Actually read Superfuzz's below I know SF ... Hi SF ... Oh I already wrote a review... Ok this LP is a bootleg the hole is in the wrong place I go to clean it with a record cleaning machine it put scratches in the vinyl that weren't there 60 seconds ago... So if I didn't clean it ... This wouldn't of happened.... And GZ Vinyl records this has happened to sealed records I bought ... ONE WASH THRU AND THE RECORD BECOMES COMPLETE SCUD . NEIL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THE HELL WITH PORNO OR PONO AND LORES ..... I'm sticking to my shiny 5 inch compact disc... Jesus scratched record warped hole punched in the wrong place ... I hope that flat screen falls off the wall with the RAIDERS playing as it falls watching it sideways ... LOLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL I know not funny red button beeeeeeeeeeeeeep.

I have a copy of the "093624978732" version.
Everything is totally identical to the so called "First Press".
The differences between the "First Press" and this (and I assume it really is legit) is the weight of the vinyl (the 093624978732 is a 150g instead of the Heavier weight of the "First Press" which is 180g.) and the Catalog Number on the lower right corner of the insert (The "First Press" has the number 518040-1 on the lower right corner of the insert, which is the one You could see on the spine, and the "Reissue" has the Number 093624978732 in the same place).
Anyway they both are identical, even down to the Matrix Runout Numbers on the vinyl, so I assume that this could be a legit Reissue.
The artwork and particularly the cover of the gatefold is made of thick cardboard, just like the other NY releases (as "Neil Young" or "Living With War", for instance, but not as "After the Gold Rush and "Harvest" which are a bit thicker than the others).
In My opinion a Page for this standalone release could be created.

One difference is sure, last number on insert: original version 518040-1 and new press 093624978732. I have both.

I just bought the one off Amazon... The LP doesn't look like it's a Pallas there's all these strange like small circle dots all in a row all over the LP like low quality vinyl or cheap vinyl or like the vinyl is flaking off I don't know anyone have the same thing.. I thought it was from being sealed for 12 years... And it didn't have the sticker and the sound I think the original even sounded like this the high end sounds I don't know smothered. You have to EQ the fuck out of this thing to hear any high frequenices. Unless it's my RIG ... But I don't think so. The original high end sounded nothing like the CD ... It's normal the LP sounds like your speakers are muffled. The insert came with it and a paper inner sleeve .... I bought the last one off of Amazon. Now Amazon is selling from importsCD .... For 28.00 ... But with a 4.00 shipping charge. Or simply Bellman screwed this one up ... The original one I heard was the same ( sort of )

A similar thing happened to his "Live at Massey Hall" release in late 2020. (Link here: https://www.discogs.com/Neil-Young-Live-at-Massey-Hall-1971/release/17477521) Also, at least one seller has, at the time of this writing, stated this edition of "Fork in the Road" is lighter than the original 180g issue.

Seems as if it has been reissued recently. Is sold in most shops for 35-40€. But all for sale on discogs are 2009, fake listings most of them.

Don't be fooled, this has been repressed. Saw it in a local shop today for 34.99. It scans as this same version, and is marked as being from 2009. It is available on Amazon right now for 32.99 (From Amazon itself, not 3rd party sellers.). Also many legit record sellers who have too much to loose selling a bootleg on here have it in stock, yet they are selling at the very generous price of 60 to 70 bucks. If they had a rare 12 year old record that someone traded in sealed they would not be selling it at half the median price. It looks like they are doing you a big favor but they are in fact charging double.

I like this one. It's like a Fall album or something.
