It's basically grey. I have no idea why it's called ruby red. Sounds great though!

I LOVE this album, and while this repress sounds great, I'm super disappointed at Metal Blade Records' complete disregard for *any* accuracy in the vinyl color. I know these kinds of pressings will always vary a bit in the end result, but a greenish-tinted record with grayish marbling in know way resembles what the "bloody skin" record was meant to be (peach w/ red marbling). By far the least accurate color variant in my collection.
