Mine To Give is such a goosebump track when dropping it at 6am...

Sometimes I revisit this album and besides the nostalgia associated with the beautiful moment of my life when I heard it for the first time, every time I enjoy immersing myself in its atmosphere.

I don't find something new every time, but I enjoy its wholeness, variety and energy.

The individual tracks are noteworthy, but as a whole this album is definitely timeless.

Glamourama and Solaris are 2 of the greatest deep as fuck tracks of the era, and wouldn't have been out of place on dark progressive house labels like Zero Tolerance of the era. It's no wonder Burridge included them on his legendary new breed compilation. Absolute shame Photek didn't do more 4/4 stuff.

I thnk the back cover of this and the UK promo have been mixed up. No timings on the standard; makes sense to put those on the promo

the whole album is super underrated for whatever purist controversy it stirred up at the time that is now in the dustbin of history. absolutely stellar production even by photek standards and amazing tracks like mine to give. great piece of music from a better time.

Check out Stealth on the Enforcers LP too, under his Special Forces guise - must've been made around the same time as this judging by the cold synths presiding over it and tracks like Lost Blue Heaven and Under The Palms

Has to be one of the greatest opening first tracks to an album of all time. Terminus = mind blowing slow groove.

A nice change from dnb but a mediocre effort. Can tell the guy dies not make a lot of 4/4 music
