referencing Beyond The Fringe (LP, Album, Stereo) SW 1792
I was a sub teen and Dad had bought a Scott amplifier and a Garrad Turntable...He added one MASSIVE speaker with plenty of a bamboo type cover and off we went to the world of VINYL...The few albums he bought I listened to over and over...If they were both out of the house I would react to the music and run through the halls of our abode like I was up on the big screen in Hollywood...I was a dumb wittle kid...But this LP stuck in my craw because it was hard for a youngster to understand...Heck, even today I don't get all their references...The boys from Oxford and Cambridge came to America and opened this review on Broadway and it took the Big Apple by storm...Dudley Moore on the piano went on to Hollywood stardom...For me the funniest bit is the closing cut, "The End of the World"...Listen to it and you will see what I liked about those wacky guys in "Beyond the Fringe"...referencing Beyond The Fringe (LP, Album, Stereo) SW 1792
I was going to add the runout matrix information to this, but you indicate the release is a Winchester pressing. Would you please put in the runout info? Mine, otherwise identical to yours, clearly has the Scranton Capitol anvil showing it was, in fact pressed there. Thanks.
