Completely agree with Andrew Slattery, this pressing kicks serious rear! Incredibly dynamic and rich in tone. The best I have heard this album

I also have a copy with just one EMI box in label. It's not listed here ...? I think labels pictures are wrong here.

Does anyone know the difference between the two Sundazed pressings? There seems to be a big difference in the value but what about the sound quality?

I have this version including the "Stereo-BN 26413" in the upper right but not seeing the D12 and B9 etches, only "DA" etched on side 1. Anyone know the release year?

I don't see how this issue differs from the very first issue. Can anyone shed some light on that for me? My copy is sealed and I'm not sure I want to open it...might sell it. Thanks.

In spite of been a late reissue it sounds really awesome!!

I have to disagree with the prior reviewer that this original UK stereo is as poorly recorded as noted. I, too, have the Sundazed mono (which I love) and the MoFI 45s and SACD. I will have to do a shootout but I can’t remember having this positive an impression about the general sound quality with the MOFIs as I do with this original. The instrument separation is much better than I imagined if not perfect. Yes, the low end is there but not overly such that it detracts from the overall sound quality. It does have a grungy type feel which I am sure was intended but not muddy to the point of detracting from the presentation. I think they got the recording more right than wrong for the type music that was being presented. Time to do a shoot out. I think this one is a keeper and like it substantially more than the original US. Finding clean copies is a challenge particularly for US originals. I’d stick to the UK.

Would a one box EMI label be a 1969 press - i had thought (and may be mistaken) that the two EMI label wasnt introduced until 1971?

I am shocked this one has no reviews! A serious winner and in my opinion beats all the stereos including the MOFI and Friday Music. No surprise that Kevin Gray cut the lacquers. But, with a mono cartridge or mono switch it is very punchy and rocks like this album should. These are also pricy but this edition is one to have if this is one of your desert island albums.
