Shabazz Palaces – Lese Majesty

I've had this since it's release date and now looking at comments from back then. I do agree with the muddiness of the mix. Someone comments that the vocals sound okay, and agreed, but musically the tunes are kinda hazed out due to muddled and overdosed bass in the mix. It's actually quite distracting. A couple parts where even the vox get muddled, and I've compared it to Spotify and it's definitely not how it should be, haha. Love SP and love this record, but this press could be so much better and the bass is crudding up the mix hardcore,

Just got this version, I don’t think it sounds muddy at all. Vocal levels sound right to me. Maybe it’s a little on the quiet side but just turn it up then!! Great album!

Love shabazz palaces.. but damn i wish this was mastered for vinyl better. My copy sounds a bit muddy and the vocals arent brought out as much as they could be or something. Anyone else notice this? Awesome album but really wish it sparkled more on vinyl.

Does this issue have the 4th etched side? I have a copy without the bonus 7" but with the etched side, so suspect this might be it.

What's up with the clust f*ck of multi releases? can we consolidate these?

I'm pretty sure this isn't 45 rpm. It's also only three sides, the fourth has an etching.
