Chi’s Revenge first appeared on Alanis’ The Subconscious State Of Techno. The original mix is not really interesting. The remixes however are great. Mazi’s interpretation is very funky and jazzy. Perfect for a warm up gig. Angel’s remix kicks ass. It’s a real party track in JB3 style. A pounding kick and a filtered disco sample make you want to move. The break is a bit long but with the right timing you can really rock the crowd.
