Jerry Cantrell – Boggy Depot

Ok I bought it when it was still for sale here before they blocked it and I must say it is a very good sounding pressing indeed. Very happy with it. That saves me a lot of money to buy one of the official pressings which have crazy high prices!

Any one who owns this and can tell if it is a good pressing?

I gotta say that I was apprehensive on dropping big money on this but it sounds great! Maybe a tad heavy in the bass and mids but hey… that’s what the EQ is for, right?

Anyway , if you run across an acceptable price like I did, you won’t be disappointed with the mix and mastering.

Ordered mine the beginning of last January and has only just arrived. Apparently, they had to keep repressing it so there were huge delays. Very disappointed that my side A has a huge scratch on it and the record itself is bowled. Gonna contact them to see about getting a replacement. Really pissed off had to wait so long and now I can't even play it properly.

Ordered a copy in Nov from the official site, arrived a couple a days ago, disc one is warped and scratched disc two has surface noise from the lead in and 15 seconds into the first track on each side. These big record labels are putting out some real shit lately, no product quality checks.

Repress now pushed back to 9th April according to Jerry Cantrell store.

As Roger K says get it now before they're gone. Cool pressing in non gatefold cover. Not as good an album as Degradation Trip IMO but you'll still gotta have it cause it's AIC you know which is Jerry.

Very solid pressing. Flat and quiet. A bit better than the original CD.
