I own 2 copies, both purchased brand new with shrink-wrap from different countries, both play fine on CD players, but unable to rip disc 1 beginning at track 16 or thereabouts. There are no visible defects on the cd face, so I can only surmise that they're just shit quality CDs. Nothing wrong with disc 2. I had to settle for a fuckin MP3 from Mixcloud... Dear record label: don't press great music onto shit media - it's disrespectful.
Edit - same shit happens with the DJ Hell album too, starting at track 13. Disc 2 is fine
