"the hole is mine" im pretty sure this is sampling T-Connection "At Midnight" (1978) https://www.discogs.com/T-Connection-At-Midnight/release/202135 which is why i confuse this late 1998 record with Fantom Faithfull (1997) https://www.discogs.com/Fantom-Faithfull/release/18971 interestingly enough i just read THAT track, was also inspired by an earlier Paul Johnson work from a year prior (1996) https://www.discogs.com/Paul-Johnson-Feel-The-Music/release/2072 also theres another track that fuses elements from both of those into one that sounds like this "the Hole is Mine" but its titled Aaliyah "Nitebreed Mongolodic dub" https://www.discogs.com/Aaliyah-One-In-A-Million/release/61101 (1997) theres a youtube video but its for the "mix" and not the "dub" version https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZddsXdz0HLM&ab_channel=ClassicRemixes
