I don't expect bands in general to sound original, but these guys here built their entire everything on an obsessive fascination with The Sisters of Mercy. From the band name through sleeve design to sound and voice, this band wants to be SOM. I think there should be a line a band, not being a tribute/cover band, shouldn't cross not to risk copyright infringement. There's been hundreds of bands that sound similar, heavily inspired by, or influenced by SOM. These here win that race.referencing Meteora VII (CD, Album, Limited Edition) SL 026
