Beth Orton – Trailer Park

Very pleased with this pressing. Very dynamic mix and pressed on heavy, flat, quiet vinyl. One of the only brand new records I didn't need to clean before playing. So glad to finally get this gorgeous record into my collection.

Would love to hear anyone who's listened to the 2022 re-issue of this and can share their thoughts/comparisons with this version. Thanks.

Compared with the original CD release this is night and day - a great way to get reacquainted with this classic record. Beautifully presented. Fantastic pressing!

Great, quiet pressing, sounds great! Includes the track “Whenever” which is omitted from other vinyl pressings.

Sound quality is great, good mastering, a little bit of surface noise in some places but nothing too distracting, and subsequent cleanings seemed to help. Saw some black marks in the vinyl which is also neat looking. I'd rank this copy as a keeper.

As said here, the sound quality is very solid and the disc quality as well, even though my discs came with some black marks with the blue vinyl material.

The mastering sounds great. Although I have not heard any other pressings, I've only heard digital up to this point so I can't compare. Minimal background noise. Nice job it's a good release worth the 40 bucks. There's a bunch of copys on Amazon for people in the US

Wondering if anyone can compare this mastering with the original 1996 UK version? Much appreciated!

Received my copy today, superb! Way better (IMHO) than the CD version! LP's are crisp and clean sounding with vocals upfront and no distortion.

Nice heavy quality vinyl with no clicks/pops on my copy (which is nice these days as I have bought many re-issues/soundtrack LP's recently with those issues)....

The sleeve IS a tad thin as are the picture inserts, BUT as you don't play the covers, all is good! Excellent re-issue.

First time I have heard this on vinyl, sounds fantastic, lovely colour and lovely pressing.
